1. Membership
Membership is granted upon completion of our application and payment of dues. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Conduct
PWRGRLS is a respectful, women-only environment. Harassment, intimidation or unsafe behavior results in immediate termination without refund.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before start time at no charge. Late cancels and no-shows may incur a fee or session forfeit.
4. Payments & refunds
Dues are billed on the cycle stated at sign-up. Merch is final sale unless defective. Memberships are non-refundable once active.
5. Health waiver
By training with us, you affirm you are physically capable of strength training and assume the inherent risks of exercise.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWRGRLS LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our facilities or services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
