Why it costs more than a standard group class
Semi-private isn't a typical drop-in class. Sessions are intentionally capped so coaches give individual attention, hands-on corrections and real coaching every time. You're paying for progressive 12-week programs, low coach-to-client ratios, individualized modifications, consistency and an intimate environment where your progress is seen, tracked and celebrated.

Mom-friendly by design.
What would a women-only gym be without being mom-friendly? Bring your little ones, lead by example, and show them what strength, consistency and self-care look like.
Option 1 · Mom-Supervised
Bring your child to play in the Kids Club area or stay close to you in a safe space — playpen, baby swing or stroller. Train while remaining responsible for and aware of your child at all times.
Option 2 · Dedicated Childcare
Kids Club supervised by a dedicated babysitter. Mon/Wed/Fr 930 and 1030am. Enjoy a fully focused, stress-free workout.
Safety rule for kids
For everyone's safety, all children must remain in a supervised area — the kids' room, lounge, swings, playpen, stroller, car seat, or held by a parent/guardian. Children are not allowed to walk, run or play freely on the gym floor due to the high risk of injury around equipment and weights.
