MyDose is a technology platform. It does not provide medical care, prescribe or dispense medication. All medical services are provided by independently licensed US healthcare providers. Prescriptions are issued only when a provider determines that treatment is appropriate after an individual evaluation, and are filled by licensed US pharmacies.
Your licensed provider
Discuss medical questions, eligibility, treatment options, side effects, interactions and contraindications with a licensed healthcare provider. PWRGRLS does not collect medical intake information or receive your medical records.
Important disclosures
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed US pharmacies when a licensed provider determines that one is appropriate for an individual patient. FDA-approved alternatives may be available; discuss your options with your provider.

Pricing and policies
PWRGRLS does not sell or bill for medical treatment. Before enrolling, review the provider’s full price, included services, additional costs, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation and refund policies, telehealth consent, privacy terms and provider licensure information. Confirm what happens if treatment is not prescribed. Fitness membership is separate from medical care.
