Kim is a certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and mom of two who built this club from the ground up — from outdoor sessions in Encino to the beaches of Santa Monica to this all-pink strength club in Sherman Oaks. Her mission is simple: teach every woman to lift with confidence, build strength that lasts a lifetime, and find the power within herself.

The next generation. Ruby is a NASM certified trainer specializing in corrective exercise, with a warm coaching style that makes every woman feel supported while being challenged. Currently pursuing her master's in kinesiology, Ruby is as dedicated to her craft as she is to yours.
